What happens after you submit your survey responses? Where do your answers go? How is your opinion used? We want to answer these questions by sharing past examples of how your responses and opinions have made an impact.

A recent survey about the “winter blues” asked Brits which moods they experience most frequently during the winter months (January, February, March). 49% of respondents said they frequently feel tired and 47% said they feel lethargic. This is compared to only 12% of respondents who said they frequently feel happy in the winter months.

When asked explicitly if they’re experiencing the winter blues, 45% of Brits said yes. When broken down by gender, 49% of female respondents said they’re experiencing the winter blues compared to 38% of males.

The most common perceived causes of these winter blues are fewer daylight hours (82%) and cold/extreme cold temperatures (68%). When asked how respondents combat the blues, 65% said they stay in and cuddle up on the couch, 59% said they treat themselves to comfort foods, and 27% pray for warm weather.
